Real Boot Camp is an exhilarating and randomized workout that will keep your body guessing and the calories
burning. Every workout is different and you won't know what's coming next!

Our classes were designed by a certified personal trainer, and are based upon simple, yet effective
exercises combined with cardio executed at high intensity delivering measurable, visible health and fitness results.

What's it going to be - excuses or results?
You DON'T Need To Bring Any Of Your Own Equipment
Most boot camp programs require you to bring your own mat, dumbbells,
and in some cases stability ball, to each workout. You DON'T need to bring any of your own equipment to our boot camp
workouts. We provide all of the equipment neccessary to have phenomenal results-oriented workouts, which means an additional
savings of $50 to $150 compared to the boot camp programs that require you to purchase your own equipment, not to mention
saving yourself the hassle of lugging your own equipment to and from each workout. Bring yourself, your water, a towel
and a willingness to work hard!
Only 15 People Per Class
Most boot camp programs can have
20-30 people per class. One of the great things about our Exclusive Real Boot Camp program is that each
class is limited to only 15 people. This ensures that you get maximum attention from the instructor, and the
safest and most effective workout possible. So register early as sessions will fill up quickly!!!

FAQs
Is it indoors or outdoors?
May to September, Real Boot Camp
will be a combination of indoors and outdoors, as scheduled. October thru April, it is strictly indoors.
What is a typical boot camp class
like?
Every class is different. We
work to challenge every muscle in your body, from your fast-twitch to your slow-twitch muscle fibers, keeping your body guessing
and your mind interested at the same time. This is not a cardio/aerobics type of class where you dance to a musical
beat! It's a fun AND serious approach to getting you to reach your ultimate goals!
Will I be sore?
Yes.
The first two to three weeks will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. However, once you acclimate to the program,
you'll feel sore less often. Remember, it's a good thing! We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help
minimize the soreness.
When will I start seeing results?
Within the first weeks of your program. If you follow the program with maximum effort in addition to following
a nutritious diet, you can expect to see amazing results, such as increased muscle tone, loss of inches from head to toe,
increased stamina, better sleep, faster metabolism (which burns the stored body fat), and most of all, the pride and happiness
that comes with being a healthier person!
What if I miss a class?
Make up classes will be scheduled within our Fitness Kickboxing classes, as Real Boot Camp classes are filled
with scheduled participants.
Do we still work out when it's raining?
If a class is scheduled outdoors – Remember, this is boot camp, military-style, where a little rain
never hurt anyone! HooRah!!
However, if inclement weather makes it dangerous to exercise outdoors, we have the facility
to move the class indoors.
What happens when my session ends?
At the end of your session, you'll receive an Academy Real Boot Camp T-shirt to wear with pride. You
may also find yourself in the company of those who return, having acquired a healthy addiction to Real Boot Camp!

Many camps use sand bags, heavy wooden poles or large tires and often rely on a lot of running to tire you out. This
can be dangerous for beginners. While we train outside seasonally, we don’t take chances during inclement weather.
We have an indoor facility so there are never cancelled classes! Our programs were created with fitness in mind - not exercise
shock value. That said, we challenge you in fun ways with unexpectedly creative exercise routines.
We use more than just client body weight
for resistance -
Your body has a inherent knowledge of whether or not you’re using extra resistance or just your body weight. Training
using extra resistance or weight is the fastest way to achieve results. Our programs were developed with this strategy in
mind. If body-weight-only training was truly effective, people who are very overweight would actually lose pounds while
doing only pushups and sit ups and walking – but they don’t.
We offer ongoing coaching and support- Our program was designed by a Personal
Trainer Specialist. You’re never on your own once you’ve signed up for our program.
